Maple & Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cilantro
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together the first six ingredients. Whisk in oil until dressing is emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate to store for several weeks.
